Description
Elevator with machine room, with RGL-180-35 gearbox and 4AN200L6 electric motor . The rope guide is a CLP D = 700 mm with a semicircular groove profile. The cab moves along the rails with the help of sliding shoes. The suspension of the elevator is pulley with a multiplicity of U = 2. The cabin doors are sliding automatic. Maximum acceleration occurring during operation, a = 0.686 m/s2. For the implementation of the project, the following are given: static calculation, dynamic calculation and design justification of the parameters of the groove of the KVSh rim. Based on the results of the calculation, the designed drive satisfies the specified conditions.
