1.5 Subdivision of the building into temperature blocks

In order to reduce the forces from temperature change and shrinkage, buildings are divided along the length into separate parts (blocks) by temperature shrinkage sutures. The distance between the seams is set either by calculation or by the designer's directory. The maximum distance between temperature seams in the walls of heated buildings at outdoor temperature up to 30 0C is 60 m for clay bricks, and 40 m for silicate brick masonry.

1.6 Providing spatial rigidity of the building

The spatial rigidity of the building with an incomplete frame is provided by frames, disks of inter-floor floors, brick walls, which are vertical connected diaphragms. Special links are not required in this case.

Monolithic Floor Design

When designing a monolithic slab, the design is calculated for slabs and secondary beams. The calculation of the main beams is similar to the calculation of the prefabricated continuous girder and according to this, the calculation is not carried out in accordance with the task and the agreement.
