The development of this project "Automatic fire alarm installations" (OPS) is caused by the need to detect primary signs of fire in protected premises and penetrate the protected facility.

AUPS complex is designed for installation in rooms located in a separate building of a domestic building

1. common part

Purpose of the system.

Automatic Fire Alarm Installation (AUPS) - Automatic Fire Alarm Installation (AUPS) - a set of technical means for fire detection, processing, presentation in a given form of a fire notification, special information and issuing commands to technical devices.

The Evacuation Warning and Control System (ESMS) is a set of organizational measures and technical means designed to timely inform people about the occurrence of a fire and the need for evacuation.

Automatic and semi-automatic (according to the operator's signals) monitoring of alarm elements status is performed.

When fire information is received at PKU, the duty officer sends a fire message via the telephone line to the console of the Unified Dispatch Rescue Service of the Ministry of Emergencies of the Russian Federation in Mezhdurechensk.

The working design of the fire warning system for people has been developed in accordance with the requirements of environmental, sanitary, fire and other standards in force on the territory of the Russian Federation and ensure the safe operation of the integrated system for life and health of people, subject to the measures provided for in the working documents.

2. object characteristic

The premises are located on 1, 2, 3 floors of the domestic building, at the address: It is a separate 4-story building. Protected building made of brick, floor made of hollow reinforced concrete slabs. On the 1st floor, the ceiling is plaster, 2 floors - the ceiling consists partly of the Armstrong suspension type - in the corridor of the left side of the floor, partly of GVL and plaster - in offices.

There is a ventilation system. 1st floor is divided into three fire compartments separated by partitions of 1 degree of fire resistance not less than REI 60.

On the 4th floor, a fire alarm is installed on the equipment of the manufacturer NPO Bolid - address system.

On the 1st floor there are electric panels. The security post is located on the 1st floor near the central exit.

There are no rooms of category A and B on explosion and fire hazard as per SP5.13130.2009

In the premises of the facility there are no explosive zones according to PUE.

3. basic technical solution

Creation of the fire alarm is made on the basis of the C2000M control panel

Ring tree type AUPS is used for more stable operation of the system. The system is targeted, which allows you to more accurately determine the places of fire and evacuate people.

Instruments and other equipment shall be used in accordance with the requirements of state standards, fire safety standards, technical documentation and taking into account climatic, mechanical, electromagnetic and other impacts in their places of location.

3.1 Fire Alarm Organization

3.1.1 Basics of the complex construction, arrangement of instruments

On the basis of SP3.13130.2009 and SP5.13130.2009, a design decision was made to protect the facility with an automatic fire alarm system equipped with smoke and manual detectors (Working documentation 003012AUPS).

The project provides in accordance with SP5.13130.2009 protection of AUPS of all premises of the facility regardless of the area, except for the premises:

- with wet processes (showers, bathrooms, cooled chambers, washing rooms, etc.);

- ventilation chambers (plenum, as well as exhaust, not servicing production rooms

category A or B), pump water supply, boiler and other rooms for engineering equipment of the building in which there are no combustible materials;

- categories B4 and D by fire hazard;

- staircases.

According to SP5.13130.2009 p.p. 13.2.2, the maximum number and area of rooms protected by the same address line with address fire detectors or address devices is determined by the technical capabilities of the reception and control equipment, the technical characteristics of the detectors included in the line and does not depend on the location of the rooms in the building. At the same time, a ring loop with branches connected to it by means of short circuit avoidance devices is more preferable before radial.

According to SP 5.13130.2009 item 13.3.3 It is allowed to install one automatic fire detector in the protected room or dedicated parts of the room, if the following conditions are met at the same time:

a) the area of the room is not more than the area protected by the fire detector specified in the technical documentation for it, and not more than the average area specified in Tables 13.3 - 13.6;

b) automatic serviceability check of the fire detector is provided under conditions of external environment factors, confirming its performance of its functions, and a notification of serviceability (malfunction) is generated on the control and receiving device;

c) provide identification of the faulty detector by means of light indication and possibility of its replacement by duty personnel within the set time determined in accordance with Appendix O;

d) upon fire detector actuation no signal is generated for control of fire extinguishing units or fire warning systems of the 5th type according to [15], as well as other systems, false functioning of which can lead to unacceptable material losses or decrease of safety level of people.

Control of a condition of announcers is made via the S2000KDL controller. Controllers are installed see sheet 8 - 10 Work documentation 003012AUPS. In "Fire" mode, the system through address relay units provides activation of warning devices, with line control. As well as turning off the ventilation. Manual detectors are installed at the exits, and at the exits from the floors.

The number of automatic fire detectors is determined by the need to detect fires in the controlled area of ​ ​ the room.

To control the system, the monitoring and indication unit is installed in the "duty guard" room (room No. 41 of the first floor), the output of all information and complete control of the system is carried out through the security post, round-the-clock duty is organized.

Removal/installation of fire alarm for protection is performed through C2000M PCM, C2000BKI monitoring and indication unit. This system is connected to ISO Orion with the output of information to the security unit of PSC Alpha. Communication with the Orion system is carried out using the RS485/232 interface converter to the local network (C2000Etheta).

3.2.3 Voice announcement.

According to SP3.13130.2009, in the building of the domestic building for 2, 3 there should be equipped with CO of the third type: voice automatic (recording and transmission of special texts) and light (light indicators "Output").

The notification shall be carried out by translating voice information about the need for evacuation and other actions aimed at ensuring safety.

Evacuation management shall be carried out by:

- actuation of evacuation lighting;

- Transmission of specially developed texts on JI aimed at preventing panic and other phenomena that complicate the evacuation process (crowding of people in passages, etc.);

translation of texts containing information on the need for a direction of movement;

- actuation of direction of motion light indicators.

The warning system shall be controlled from the security room (fire station). First of all, there is an alert to the security service, and then all the others according to a specially designed sequence. To provide this type of warning, the equipment of NPO "Bolid" is used: voice warning device of RUPOR series "Horn 01." This device controls the warning line to the acoustic modules. The project selected acoustic modules of the type "Orpheus" AM Spanish. 01 with wall mount. The AM data has a power of 3W and a resistance of 8 ohms.

AM were arranged taking into account the peculiarities of the premises.

The selection of this equipment is due to the type of alert system, the large area of each alert area, the installation of a large number of speakers in one alert area. The equipment used has a fire safety certificate. Alerts used in the system do not have regulators

Volume and are connected to the network without detachable connections .

Notification is performed from C2000M monitoring and control panel in automatic mode corresponding to actuation of a specific detector. The stored alert modes are enabled according to the programmed tactics in each evacuation scenario. In the event of a change in the alarming situation, the evacuation tactic changes to the next evacuation scenario. Programming of the device for tactics and recording of the evacuation scenario is performed after installation of the AR system and coordination with the responsible persons.

The diagram of the warning system is provided in the drawings.

3.2.5 Light warning

Light annunciators indicate the direction of evacuation.

Light annunciators are installed of "Lightning 24V" type ("EXIT" green):

Warning signs, their colors and place of installation are selected according to SP3.13130.2009.

4. Selection and installation of cable products.

4.1 Selection of wires and cables, methods of their routing.

The selection of wires and cables, how to lay them for the organization of fire alarm loops and connecting lines was made in accordance with the requirements of PUE, SNiP 3.05.0685, VSN 11687, SP3.13130.2009, SP5.13130.2009 and technical documentation for the device and equipment of the system.

The OPS and PT loops are made with the condition to provide automatic check of their integrity along the entire length.

Loops of AUPS are executed by independent wires and cables with copper veins of brand KPSNG (A) FRLS 1x2x0.2.

AUPS loops and warning systems are made by special types of wires or cables in accordance with SP3.13130.2009, which maintain integrity for 180min in an open flame.

The following types of cables are provided in the design:

cable for connection of fire, security announcers, the line of RS485 interface - KPSNG (A) FRLS 1x2x0.35;

cable for warning lines - KPSng (A) FRLS 1x2x0.35, KPSng (A) FRLS2x2x0.35;

cable for connection of the device to el. to a board power - VVGNG 3х1.5

The cable is laid in the cable channel on floors 1, 2, 3, on the 2nd floor partially in the corridor behind the false ceiling in an open way, in the rooms in the cable channel.

4.2 Installation of equipment and wiring.

Prior to the start of installation and commissioning works, the installation organization shall notify the monitoring body of the state fire supervision about the beginning of work at the facility on the installation of safety fire alarm equipment and warning people in case of fire.

The author's supervision of installation works is carried out by the design organization in accordance with the requirements of SP 11110, and technical supervision is carried out by the state fire supervision bodies. Instructions on deviations in the process of installation works are entered in the author's supervision log.

Installation of alarm equipment shall be carried out in accordance with the approved working documentation, SNiP, PUE, RD 78.145, manuals to RD 78.145, existing state and industry standards and other regulatory documents.

Deviations from working documentation during installation of alarm equipment are not allowed without coordination with the customer, with the design organization - the design designer, with the state fire supervision bodies.

Products and materials used in the performance of works shall comply with the project specifications, state standards, technical specifications and shall have appropriate certificates, technical passports and other documents certifying their quality.

Storage conditions for products and materials shall meet the requirements of the relevant standards or specifications.

Signalling equipment is allowed for installation after incoming inspection.

It is not allowed to replace some equipment with others having similar technical and operational characteristics, without coordination with the design organization and GPN bodies.

Installation of signalling equipment shall be carried out in three stages:

- at the first stage, the works specified in item 1.17 of the manual RD 78.145 shall be performed. The works of the first stage should be carried out simultaneously with the main construction work (in the newly under construction building);

- at the second stage works on installation of protective cable routes of wiring, detectors, annunciators, boards, receiving and control devices and connection of wiring to them should be performed;

- At the third stage, commissioning works for electrical inspection, adjustment of installed alarm equipment shall be performed.

Labor safety and fire safety standards, rules and measures shall be observed during installation.

During installation of signalling equipment, general and special work logs shall be maintained in accordance with SNiP 3.01.0185 and production documentation, the types and content of which shall comply with the mandatory Appendix 1 to RD 78.145.

Commissioning works shall be performed by the installation and installation organization in accordance with the requirements of RD 78.145 and with mandatory Appendix 1 to SNiP 3.05.05, SNiP 3.05.06 and SNiP 3.05.07.

At the beginning of commissioning in the course of production of installation works, individual tests have to be carried out (control, adjustment, an adjustment of components of installations; detectors, control and acceptance devices, etc.) in accordance with technical descriptions, instructions, PUE.

Commissioning shall be performed in the following sequence:

- performance of preparatory works

- commissioning works

- individual tests

- complex equipment adjustment

Commissioning works are considered to be completed after receiving the parameters and modes provided for by the design and technical documentation, ensuring stable and stable operation of the alarm equipment (without false alarms).

The instrument shall be installed on a wall, partition or structure made of non-combustible materials in the facility security room. Installation of the specified equipment is allowed on structures made of combustible materials, provided that these structures are protected with steel sheet, thickness not less than 1 mm or other sheet non-combustible material, thickness not less than 10 mm. In this case, the sheet material must protrude beyond the contour of the installed equipment by at least 100 mm.

Control and receiving devices shall be placed in such a way that the height from the floor level to the operational controls of the specified equipment is 0.8-1.5 m.

Cables and wires must be laid separately from wiring with a voltage of more than 60 V and protected with a metal gun or conduit, except for the use of special equipment. Cables marked ng (A) FRLS. When splitting cable routes, unpack boxes are used.

Fire alarm loops and fire extinguishing systems in protected rooms shall be laid separately from all power cables, lighting cables and wires. In case of parallel open laying, the distance between the wires and cables of fire alarm loops and connecting lines with power and lighting wires shall be not less than 0.5 m. If it is necessary to lay these wires and cables at a distance of less than 0.5 m from power and lighting wires, they shall be protected from aiming. The distance from cables and insulated wires laid open, directly along the building structure elements of the room to the places of open storage (placement) of combustible materials shall be at least 0.6 m.

Fire alarm loops are laid with the condition to ensure automatic control of their integrity along the entire length. Fire alarm loops are made with independent wires (cables) 2x0.5 with copper cores.

Cable shall be laid:

- in horizontal direction through building structures of premises in PVC tube;

- non-combustible duct shall be used to protect the wires of the warning system.

Point fire detectors shall be installed in accordance with SP5.13130.2009 and in compliance with the requirements of the technical documentation for this detector.

In places where there is a risk of mechanical damage to the detector, a protective structure should be provided that does not violate its operability and efficiency of ignition detection.

Manual fire detectors are installed at a height of 1.5 m from the floor level in places. At a distance of 0.75 m from the installed detector there shall be no objects preventing access to it.
