Description
The main transport used in the forest industry is the TT-4 track tractor and its further modification TT-4M. On their basis, over 50 different machines were created for the region of Siberia and the Far East, mainly for logging. At reforestation, machines that are not adapted to work in the forest are used. Agricultural tractors, which naturally cannot fully solve the task assigned to them. It is logical in this situation to lay the problems of reforestation on the TT-4 and TT-4M tractor, which are as adapted to forest harsh conditions as possible. Such work was done by the NIIP forestry, as a result of which a forestry machine was created on the basis of the TT-4M tractor, which is equipped with front and rear hydrogenated hinged systems, dump bodies and a power take-off shaft. This tractor allows you to maximize the mechanization of energy-intensive forestry and forest fire work. In connection with the transition to the production of the modernized TT-4M tractor, it became necessary to modernize the forestry tractor. This task is solved in the process of graduate design.
