1. General Part and Source Data

This project of heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems of the administrative building, the floatstecl production plant located at the address: Moscow region, Ramensky ron, near the village Zhukovo and der. Kokuzevo, developed on the basis of the design task and in accordance with the following regulatory documents:

Heating, ventilation and air conditioning

The calculated indoor air temperatures in the cold period of the year are as follows:

+ 23 С - locker rooms at showers;

+ 20 С - washing;

+ 18 ° C - office space, office space;

+ 16 ° C - c/nodes, corridors, l/cells;

+ 10 С - electrical panel;

+ 5 С - garbage chamber, elevator engine room

Heating system: horizontal, floor double-tube, with lower wiring of supply and return lines above the floor floor, dead end.

The heat supply source of the building is a factory boiler house connected through an existing heat unit. On the comb of the heat assembly, at the point of connection of the heating system, it is provided for the installation of direct-acting balancing valves from Oventrop (Germany), which maintain a constant head.

Heating system coolant: water with parameters 90700С. Circulation - pump room. The heating devices are steel panel radiators "PURMO C 22500, PURMO C 33500," as well as low convectors "Zehnder type 211," l = 3.0m on the 2nd floor and "PURMO C 33300" on the 1st floor (where 300 and 500 are respectively the height of the radiator). In order to save maximum thermal energy, the heat transfer of heating devices is controlled using thermostatic valves "Oventrop AV6" (Germany) installed on the pipelines. Valve drive from "Oventrop Uni LH" thermostats. "Oventrop Combi 2" valves are installed on the return lead.

Air removal of the heating system is carried out through "Oventrop" automatic air vents installed at the upper points of the main lines, as well as Mayevsky type cranes installed in the upper radiator plugs of each device.

Main heating pipelines are laid open, as well as in communication shafts and channels.

Heating and heat supply system pipelines of heaters are made of steel GWP and electric welded pipes according to GOST 326275 * and GOST 1070491.

Heating and heat supply system makeup - centralized.

Heat insulation material for main pipelines of heating and heat supply systems with temperature up to 95 ° С - "Thermaflex."

Mechanical plenum ventilation is provided in all rooms. Air conditioning (Daikin equipment) is provided in all office and administrative premises for the warm season. Centralized cooling of supply air is also provided.

The need for cold is determined on the basis of heat emissions in the premises, heat inputs from people, lighting and household appliances.

The amount of air removed from the premises is as follows:

Office and administrative premises - 60 m ³/hour per person ;

S/knots - 50 m ³/h from the toilet;

Showers - 75 m/h from shower mesh;

Kitchen - by technological assignment

As plenum and exhaust units, Remak installations in the floor version are used, other manufacturers can use installations. The outside air in the cold season is cleaned in the filter, heated in the heater and supplied to the serviced rooms.

Air ducts in serviced rooms are laid closed in suspended ceiling. Steel adjustable diffusers and grids supplied by Arctic are used as ventilation grids.

Air ducts for ventilated rooms are made of rolled sheet galvanized according to GOST 1990474 * on folds. Connections on flanges with rubber gaskets, flexible air ducts are adopted in separate sections. Accepted metal ducts - class "P."

Heat insulation material for air ducts of plenum systems - "URSA" and mineral wool mats with cover layer. Other thermal insulation systems may be used. All thermal insulation systems shall comply with fire safety standards.

Noise and vibration protection measures:

On plenum and exhaust systems, plate and tubular channel silencers of imported production are installed, ventilation units are provided with good acoustic characteristics, as well as installed on vibration isolating bases, the internal surfaces of ventilation chambers are isolated by noise absorbing material, normalized noise levels in air ducts and rooms are provided.

Design air speeds in air ducts are accepted within 3-6 m/s, in grids and diffusers - 1.5 m/s. Due to this, the sound pressure level is not more than 35 dB. With the adopted system, it is from 25 to 35 dB.

Fire prevention measures for systems design and equipment placement:

When crossing fire barriers with a rated fire resistance rating, fire-retardant valves with automatic, remote and manual control are installed on the air ducts in accordance with the fire resistance of the crossed fence.

fire resistance of transit air ducts and shafts is accepted depending on the place of their laying in accordance with the SniP requirement;

when crossing fire barriers with a rated fire resistance rating, it is provided to install fire-retarding valves KPF1 (FAER) with automatic, remote and manual control on the air ducts in accordance with the fire resistance of the crossed fence.

In case of fire, mechanical plenum and exhaust ventilation systems are automatically disconnected.

Measures for energy saving and efficiency of CW systems:

heat removal of heating devices is regulated by thermostats;

the operation of the plenum units is automated, the temperature of the plenum air is controlled by sensors ;

air conditioning systems monitor parameters of heat carriers (cold carriers) and maintain design parameters of air and heat carriers in automatic mode.
