General part
This project was developed on the basis of technological, construction drawings of the object.
The project was executed in accordance with the norms and requirements of regulatory documents given in the list of used and attached documents (sheet 2 of this project)
Characteristics of the object
The building of the feldsher-shaker station (hereinafter referred to as FAP) has a III degree of fire resistance. The building is made one-story, the height of the building premises is from 2.51 to 2.73 m. The bearing walls and partitions are made brick, the floor is wooden. Functional fire hazard class FAP - F3.4.
Purpose of the installation
In accordance with the requirements of NPB 11003, FAP rooms are equipped with automatic fire alarm.
In accordance with the requirements of NPB 11003, the FAP rooms are equipped with a type 2 warning system.
The automatic fire alarm and fire warning unit is designed to detect a fire, issue a fire alarm to a room with a round-the-clock stay of duty personnel and notify people about a fire for their safe evacuation.
Main Design Solutions
As a device of acceptance and control safety and fire protection
"Granite - 2" device (AKR1), which is powered by AC power and has a built-in battery 12V, 7.0Ah.
As the device of the notification of service staff the UO4S device (AKR2) which is powered from the AKR1 device is used.
As fire sensors for FAP premises, smoke fire detectors IP2donbass 1 installed on the floor are used.
At the exits of the building and premises at a height of 1.5 m from the floor, manual fire detectors IPR-I are installed.
Type and number of fire detectors are selected according to the requirements of NPB882001 *.
Loops of the fire alarm are carried out by KCBB2x0.5 cable; are laid in non-burning plastic boxes (cable channels). Cable passes through walls are made in PCB tubes.
To control the taking, removal of loops from the security, the Grand Masters 2A control and control panel installed in room 11 is used.
The ARK1 device is installed in room 11 according to the drawing sheet 5, all information about the status of the APS system is displayed on this device.
For the notification of service staff the UO4S device installed office 11 is used.
The ARK2 is installed in the cabinet according to drawing sheet 5. The entire fire alarm signal from the AKR1 device is transmitted to through the AKR2 device to the mobile phone of the responsible person through short text messages and a voice call.
Emergency lighting is not required at the instrument installation site as per item 12.55. NPB882001 * emergency lighting shall be arranged only in the fire station room.
Thus, the installation of the devices of the APS system and fire warning is performed in accordance with the requirements of 12.48 *. NPB882001*.
According to the requirements of NPB10403, a fire warning system of the 2nd type, including sound and light methods of warning, is designed for FAP premises.
As sound annunciators Oriole annunciators (PKI1) 12V, 55ma are used.
Lines of a system of the light-sound notification are carried out by wires of KCBB4x0.5. The lines of warning systems are laid in a metal tube that does not support combustion.
Thus, the wires of the fire warning system are laid in accordance with the requirements of paragraph 3.9 of NPB10403.
All technical tools of automatic fire alarm and fire warning systems have valid fire safety certificates.
Principle of plant operation
In initial state (standby), "Granit - 2" device monitors the state of its alarm loops with display of information about their status on LED indicators.
At the fire there is an operation of fire announcers, at the same time the reception and control device accepts a signal from announcers, carries out light-sound indication of number of a loop of the alarm system in which there was an operation and sends an alarm signal to the UO4S device which notifies service staff on alarm.
Power supply and earthing
In accordance with NPB 882001 *, the automatic fire alarm and fire warning system is classified as reliability category I according to PUE.
Power supply of the ARK1 device is provided from the inlet terminals of the distribution board. A plastic box with a QF1 circuit breaker is installed directly at the device.
Power supply of ARK2 device is provided from AKR1 device.
Thus, power supply of automatic fire alarm and fire warning devices is carried out in accordance with the requirements of item 2.4.1. RD 0090196.
