General provisions
This project provides for the equipment of the fire alarm system of the premises of building 10 and the passage OJSC Promsvyaz, located at the address of Ufa, st. 50 years of the USSR, 39.
The project was developed in accordance with the Technical Assignment and the current norms, rules and requirements of the State Supervision Bodies for equipping facilities with fire alarm equipment.
Fire alarm system is designed for timely transmission of fire notification.
Fire alarm
The design provides for the construction of a fire alarm system in accordance with NPB 882001 and RD 78.14593 and design tasks.
Do not be protected by the fire alarm system of the room in accordance with item 1.4 of NPB 11003 (bathrooms, showers, ventilation chambers ).
As the fire alarm receiving equipment, two signal control devices are used, one of which is located in the building 10 in the control room (loops 117 are connected), the other in the passage at the security station (loops 1-8 are connected). S2000 monitoring and control panel is used for monitoring and control of "Signal20" PSK. PSK "Signal 20" are installed in place at a height of 0.81.5 m from the floor. The monitoring and control panel is located in the passage building in the immediate vicinity of the "Signal 20" PSK (but not closer than 50 mm).
Connection of PSK "Signal 20" to S2000 is performed via RS485 interface. PSK located in the building of building 10 is connected to S2000 via communication lines existing on the facility.
As fire alarm sensors, smoke detectors IP2donbass 1M, thermal detectors IP1015.2, IP1015.3 and manual IPR3SU are used. In
at least two smoke or heat sensors are installed in each room.
In the passage rooms where the suspended ceiling is installed, the detectors are installed in special mounting devices.
In rooms 52, 54, 55 in housing 10, where air temperature exceeds
60oC detectors IP1015.3 are installed. In other rooms, IP1015.2 is used as heat detectors.
Rooms 27 and 50 of housing 10 have 2 tiers, fire heat detectors are placed on the ceilings of each tier.
The distance between the ceilings of rooms 28,29,30,32 and 33 of housing 10 and the roof is 3 meters, heat detectors are also located in the resulting gap.
Installation of fire detectors shall be performed in accordance with the design, requirements of NPB 882001 and RD 78.14593, Job Instructions and Instructions. Location of sensors is shown in diagrams 200602PC.1 and 200602PC.2 .
At the exits of the building and in the corridors in place at an altitude of 1.5-2.5m, the Lightning Light Output 12, which are permanently switched on, is installed.
As external annunciators "Mayak" light annunciators are used, placed in place on external walls of housing 10 and through, and "Svirel" sound annunciators.
Power supply system
The fire alarm system equipment belongs to a special group of the first category of electric receivers in terms of reliability of power supply according to the requirements of PUE.
Power supply of the fire alarm system must be carried out from the 220V network, uninterrupted power supply sources SCAT 1200B with accumulator batteries AKB4 are used as backup power sources, ensuring the system operation for at least 12 hours in standby mode and at least 3 hours in alarm mode.
System of conduit and grounding devices
The linear part is made in accordance with the requirements of NPB 882001, RD 78.14593, PUE, SNiP 3.05.0685, GOST R50571.1597, GOST R50571.1096 .
The fire alarm network of the housing 10 is carried out in an open way by wire KSPV 2x0.5, KSPV 4x0.5 through walls and wires. In the passing fire alarm network, false walls and false flutes in a corrugated pipe are carried out.
Supply lines are made by 3x1.5 PVC wire.
Connections and branches of wires and cables are made in junction and junction boxes.
The alarm equipment is busy.
Earthing devices are performed in accordance with the requirements of SNiP 3.05.0685, PUE, technical documentation of manufacturers, GOST R50571.1096 and GOST 12.1.03081. Resistance value between grounding contact and grounding circuit shall not exceed 0.1 Ohm.
