1. General provisions and purpose of the installation.
This standard technical solution provides for the equipment of the automatic fire alarm system of the kindergarten building and the output of signals to the type III warning and evacuation control system and to the automation of the smoke protection system of the building.
An integrated approach is provided with the condition of interaction of all systems implementing fire protection of the building and taking into account the necessary operational reliability in Russian operating conditions. Conditions for further development, modification and possible changes of the system during the operation of the building are provided.
The division of responsibility for the operation and installation of equipment by building engineering systems is taken into account, which in turn plays a positive role in regulating relations between subcontracting installation organizations.
The proposed design solution is the result of an analysis of previously completed projects for the construction of preschool institutions in Moscow, the Moscow region and other regions of Russia.
2. Basis for project development and source data.

4. Brief description of the object and protected premises.
The object is a preschool educational institution with 12 groups (220 places), a Noxious, 3-story building with two end evacuation stairs. The central part of the building (corridors do not have natural light) is protected by a smoke removal system (two valves on the floor). On the ground floor at the entrance there is a security post (in the corridor). There are no suspended ceilings in the building. The height of the premises does not exceed 3.5 m. The area of the building is 3190.00 m2.
5. Justification of used equipment
5.1 Control and receiving device.
The technical solution provides for the use of the Russian device of the automatic fire alarm and control system PPKOPU 01121241 "Minitronik 24." The equipment has been mass-produced since 2002. Developer and manufacturer of Unitest CJSC in Moscow.
The warranty for the device is 10 years. (SSPB.RU.UP001.B07093 and ROSS RU.BB02.H04164). Certificate validity period is up to 22.06.2011.
The device is designed for autonomous and centralized fire protection of small, medium and distributed objects. The device is based on the ideology of the most consumer-oriented - high information content due to additional indication of the state of the SH, the simplicity and ease of perception of messages does not require additional control panels.
The embedded algorithms of the device do not require programming, it is enough to turn on with the correct installation and the device itself will make all the settings, which makes it modern, reasonable, simple and accessible to a wide range of users.
Built-in control of all fire control circuits allows to control the warning system of type I, II and III according to SP 3.13130.2009 and control the smoke protection systems of buildings without additional control units, which significantly reduces the cost of building protection.
Automatic reexamination of fire detectors allows improving the reliability of fire detection and eliminating false triggers.
SCP provides:
- reception of information on 24 alarm loops on penetration, fire and malfunctions, as well as signals from sensors of engineering systems;
- alerting the duty personnel about the events with the help of light and voice messages, as well as to remote warning devices and PCP;
- issuing commands to smoke removal and warning devices.
Firefighters are double-threshold, which makes it possible to distinguish the operation of one or two fire detectors in the loop and to generate signals "Attention," "FIRE," as well as to recognize the operation of sensors of building engineering systems (normally closed contacts) included in the same loop (for monitoring the position of DD valves).
SCP provides power supply to active 24V fire detectors at total consumption current not more than 3 mA.
If necessary, the device can be protected from unauthorized access to control using electronic "Touch Memory" access keys.
When working with self-test smoke detectors ONE DOMA2 ® IP 21290, in addition to the main signals "Warning," "FIRE," the device generates a signal "Message" informing about the detector malfunction or dust.
5.2 Self-test smoke detector.
IP 21290 ONE DOMA2 ® - smoke fire detector with automatic serviceability check. Designed for early detection of fire in the protected room and output of "Warning," "FIRE" signals to the SCP. If the smoke chamber is dusty and/or any node fails, the detector outputs the signal "Fault" to the SCP. "Message" signal is generated on "Minitronik 24" SCP at dusty and faulty detector with identification of faulty detector by alarm loop and by signals of detector LED.
Constant measurement of the optical density of the medium, (digital signal processing) and self-diagnostics of all detector units allows increasing the reliability of the alarm system, improving the reliability of fire detection at an early stage, and eliminating false positives.
The detector is provided with dust compensation of the smoke chamber, which allows to extend the service life of the detector between services. Separate indication of dust and malfunction on the detector indicator is provided.
Replacement of the detector does not require reprogramming of the system.
Early detection of faulty self-test detectors allows you to constantly maintain the automatic fire detection system in working condition with the guarantee that the system is operational.
Fire control module PR-2
The fire control module (hereinafter PR-2) operates as part of the Minitronik PCP and is designed to issue commands for control of automatic smoke removal units, fire warning and control of building engineering equipment.
The module is delivered in a separate housing and, using a ribbon cable, is connected to the Minitronik PCP. On the module there are 6 relays with switching contacts (5A, 220V) and galvanically isolated control of the control circuit for each relay separately. Control circuit control for normally open contact groups is enabled when jumpers above the relay are removed.
Each relay can be connected to a certain group of 6, 12, 18, 24 PKP alarm loops, the relay is switched on by the "FIRE" signal in the SB with a delay of 3 to 90 seconds.
Grouping of PCS and relay assignment is determined by one of 16 nested algorithms of module operation. Select operation mode in accordance with Fig. 1.1 of technical description of PR-2. For this object operation algorithm is selected as per Table 1 of Appendix 1 to operation manual of PR-2 module. Jammers J 7, J9, J10 must be installed, J8 jumper - removed.
Loop control device USH1.
USHU-1 is intended for generation of commands for control of automatic fire extinguishing, smoke removal, warning and control of building engineering equipment from detectors installed in this SH. It is connected in a convenient place for control to the fire alarm loop of any SCP and does not require additional power. The control circuit monitoring function is built in.
Switching on the relay is adjusted by actuation of one or two detectors in the alarm loop with a possible delay of 0-90 seconds.
In case if thermal, manual and smoke detectors are switched on in one SB, the relay is adjusted by IP 21290 detectors ONE DOMA2 ®.
Relays with switching contacts up to 3A, 250V. The relay operation mode is constant or pulse (closed for 5 seconds), selected by the jumper.
To program the UShU1 relay at drawdown of two smoke announcers of SP 21290 ONE ДОМА2®.
5.5 Fire detector thermal IP 1035/2A1 * * with LED and NR contacts.
The announcer fire thermal SP 1035/2A1 ** is intended for detection of the fire which is followed by allocation of heat with a temperature of operation of 54 wasps and automatic switch-on of a signal "Attention" and "Fire" from one or two announcers in SS respectively.
6. Main design solutions for equipment protection and placement.
All rooms except those with wet processes shall be protected by automatic fire alarm. To detect fire at an early stage of fire, self-test smoke detectors IP 21290 ONE DOMA2 ® are used. Heat fire detectors with NR contacts and LED IP 1035/2A1 * * are installed in the kitchen room. The number of automatic fire detectors is determined by the need for early detection of fire in the controlled area of the room.
Two detectors are defined in each protected room with the condition of maximum early detection of fire, not exceeding the values specified in Table 13.3 of SP 5.13130.2009. In view of the particular importance of the object, paragraph 13.3.3 of SP 5.13130.2009 on the installation of one detector in the protected room is not considered.
Automatic smoke fire detectors are installed along the escape routes, the distance between which is determined according to Table 13.3 in accordance with Cl.14.1 and 14.3 of SP5.13130.2009.
In case of visual detection of fire by duty or maintenance personnel and "FIRE" signal output, "Minitronik 24" SCP provides for installation of manual fire detectors of IPR3SU. The installation is provided by evacuation routes, on walls with free access to the detector. The height of the installation from the level of the clean floor to the center of the detector is 1.5 m. The distance between the detectors does not exceed 50 m. The fire crane cabinet also provides for the installation of IPR3SU for remote switching on the smoke removal system.
To more accurately address the fire location, it is envisaged to use a multi-slot automatic fire alarm system, each loop of which protects an independent building unit. This makes it easier to find the room in which the detector worked and allows you to quickly take measures to extinguish the fire in the initial stage of fire development.
Total number of fire alarm loops = 22. The reserve for the informative capacity of the device is 10%.
Connection of fire alarm loops with smoke and manual fire detectors is carried out by cable in PVC shell and PVC insulation - KSPV 2x0.5 to PKP device "Minitronik 24." Cables are laid in the electrical PVC box. The number of fire detectors in one loop does not exceed the permissible current consumption specified in the technical certificate on the PKP "Minitronik 24."
Installation and installation of fire detectors shall be carried out in accordance with the design, requirements of standards and instructions for equipment.
The device is placed on the wall of the security post in a place convenient for visual inspection and use, but taking into account paragraph 5 of SP 5.13130.2009. Controls are protected from unauthorized access to the device by using a reader and Touch Memory access keys.
A BIAL/S alert is installed above the device. BRP 12/3 with built-in sealed storage battery 7A * h is installed for power supply of the device. Power supply of BRP 12/3 is provided from the electrical panel, with separation into a separate group and a single-band automatic switch installed in the OPR4 box. The box is installed next to BRP 12/3.
Below the device the PR-2 module is installed and connected by a flat wire to the SCP. Near PR-2 the boxing of KOShchM0602 with DINreykoy is established. Intermediate relays R-4 (2 pcs) on the DINrack are installed in the box.
UShU1 loop control devices are installed next to the drives of smoke removal valves and connected to the alarm loop, and wires are connected to the relay to control the smoke removal valve.
Generation of control commands is provided for:
- disconnection of general ventilation;
- Type IIth warning system;
- opening of valves of smoke removal from UShU1 (with control of position of the gate) on SS;
- actuation of smoke removal fans;
- lowering of elevators;
- actuation of air pressure in stairways;
- output of signals on fire alarm actuation at CCP ("01");
- signal to power supply system for main power supply disconnection.
