Introduction
Boilers of DKVR type are used in various industries, agriculture and utilities. Boilers of the DKVR type are distinguished by fairly high economy, small weight, simplicity of design, small dimensions and transportability.
Boiler furnace is designed for combustion of gaseous fuel. During fuel combustion, combustion products are formed, which move from the furnace volume to convective gas ducts, giving heat to the boiling bundle of pipes. The presence of a developed boiling bundle in the boilers provides deep cooling of the combustion products, as a result of which their high efficiency is achieved. The shielded furnace chamber provides intensive heat exchange between the combustion products and the screen heating surfaces, and the small thermal stresses of the screens provide reliable and long-term operation of the boiler coating. The tight arrangement of small diameter boiling pipes in the bundle is a characteristic feature of these boilers. Gas movement in boilers is horizontal with several turns.
Boiler unit description
Boiler DKVP6,513 is designed for operating pressure P = 1.4 MPa with nominal steam capacity of 6.5 tons per hour. Boiler has 2 drums. The upper and lower, as well as the shielded furnace chamber, which, in order to reduce losses with entrainment and chemical malaise, is divided into two parts by a brick chess partition: the furnace itself and the burning chamber. Between the first and second rows of boiler bundle pipes there installed is a staggered partition separating the boiling bundle from the combustion chamber. Thus, the first row of boiler bundle pipes is the rear screen of the combustion chamber. Inside the boiler bundle, a cast iron partition divides it into the first and second gas ducts. The gas outlet from the burn-up measure and from the boiler is asymmetric. Water is supplied to pipes of boiler side screens simultaneously from upper and lower drums. Water is supplied to the front screen pipes only from the upper drum, and the rear screen pipes from the lower drum.
