- Project Topic: Design of a lathe screw-cutting machine with a detailed development of the gearbox. Perform kinematic calculations.
- Input data for the project: diameter of the machined parts d = 30 mm, cutting depth t = 2 mm, feed rate So = 0.4 mm/rev, workpiece material steel 50G, cutting tool carbide, angle in plan φ = 90º.
- Main issues to be addressed: calculation of the gearbox.
