Description
DESCRIPTION OF ELECTRICAL CIRCUIT
1. Preparation for start-up
Power supply from the electric mains through the input automatic circuit breaker AB is supplied to the ring current collector CT and through the automatic circuit breaker AN to the electric pole 4M.
Voltage from contact rings is removed by brushes and supplied to reversing magnetic starter IK1 - IK2 of motor of spindle drive IM, to reversing magnetic starter 2K1 - 2K2 of motor of 2M hose movement, to reversing magnetic starter ZK1 - 3K2 of motor of ZM column clamping and to transformer of control circuits. Control circuit is supplied through fuses 1P, n. z. contact of RP thermal relay and n. fr., zero protection relay of LV. LV relay is switched on via n. o. contact of the switch of idling of VHH, on a chain 1-3-4-2.
After switching on the LV relay, its contact self-locks the LV relay coil and powers the remaining starter coils during machine operation.
2. Spindle Rotation
When the speed control mechanism discs are installed in the required position, the PSV and PNV switches are pressed or pressed, which determines the subsequent actuation of one of the 1KI or 1KP starters but the circuit: 1-3-4-5-6-7a-7-2, or 1-3-4-5-8-9-2 and 1KI or 1K2 starters via the circuit: 1-3-4-5-10- 11-2, or 1-4-5-12-13-2 at actuation of the friction handle, z. contact of VHH.
After switching on the above starters, their coils receive the power itself by closing the normally open contact block, which makes it possible to make a preliminary set of the new spindle rotation speed without interruption of operation. Transition to new speed is carried out by switching off and the subsequent turning on of the frictional coupling by 1 short circuit of contacts of VHH.
3. Movement of hose
The hose is moved by power of "Up," "Down" and "Stop" buttons 2CU. When 2KU "Up" button is pressed, the coil of 2K starter is actuated | via the circuit: 1-3-4-16-17-18-14-15-2 and becomes energized through n. contact 2K1 (21-18). Stop of hose movement is performed by 1CU "Stop" button. The hose is lowered by pressing the "Down" button of ZKU, at which the coil of the 2K2 starter is actuated via the circuit: 1-3-4-16-19-20-21-22-2 and becomes energized via n. contact 2K2 (14-20). The hose movement is limited by the limit switch of KVR, which breaks the supply circuit of coil 2K1 in the upper extreme position of the hose at points 14-18, and in the extreme lower position - the circuit of coil 2K2 in points 20-21.
4. Sleeve clamp
Clamping of the sleeve occurs automatically, for which the lead screw after the end of lifting turns several turns towards lowering, and after lowering - several turns towards lifting.
At the same time, the following changes occur in the electric circuit: when the hose moves up, the drum switch of automatic PAZ clamping turns, prepares the power circuit of the 2K2 starter coil at points 16-21. If after that press 1KU "Stop" button the circuit of starter 2K | breaks and the op with its normally closed contacts in points 21-22 turns on the coil of starter 2K2 by circuit: 1-3-4-16-21-22-2. This reverses the 2M motor until the hose is clamped and the ESD switch is again in neutral position. In a similar manner, the sleeve is clamped after being moved downwards.
5. Column and head clamp
By means of the PZK switch - a clip and the extraction of a column operating from the lever of a manual clip of a head receive power supply of the coil of reverse actuator ЗК1 - and ZK2 respectively on chains :
1-3-4-23-24-25-2
1-3-4-26-27-28-2
that is, one of rotation directions corresponding to the clamp or push-out of the column simultaneously with the manual clamp or push-out of the head is communicated to the electric motor.
Automatic shutdown of the electric motor: ZM at a clip or an extraction is carried out by the KVK limit switch which when pressing during a clip breaks off the normal closed contact 23-24 chain of the ZK1 actuator.
Opening of normally open contact 26-27 of this circuit breaker at its release after the column pressing-out the motor is switched off at pressed-out column and head. LO local illumination lamp is controlled by single-pole VO switch.
Note
Here and below, the designation of the electrical equipment corresponds to the schematic diagram. In parentheses, the revolutions of the motors at a mains frequency of 60 per second are indicated.
ATTENTION!
For proper operation of the automatic clamp and hose movement limiters, it is necessary to phase the electric drive when connected correctly. To check the correct connection, set the handle of the reverse friction coupling of the spindle to the middle (neutral) position. Set automatic switch of AB input to ON and press "Down" button of ZKU. In this case, the hose must move downward. If the hose starts to move upwards, turn off the AB input machine and switch the two wires on the input terminals of the machine.
