Description

Dynamic Piping Parts Blocks Purpose: to be used in designing the installation part of piping objects. Description: 1. Transitions of version 2 as per GOST 17378-2001, OTT-08.00-60.30.00-KTN-036-1-05 are represented by units of concentric and eccentric transitions. 2. Taps of version 2 as per GOST 17375-2001, GOST 30753-2001, OTT-08.00-60.30.00-KTN-036-1-05 are represented by taps units of 90, 60, 45 and 30 degrees. 3. Tees of version 2 as per GOST 17376-2001, OTT-08.00-60.30.00-KTN-036-1-05 (including tees with grid). 4. Flange as per GOST 12821-80 * with dimensions of connection surface as per GOST 12815-80 *. The view along the axis of the pipeline shows a flange with a smooth surface (version 1), for other versions the height of the protrusion may differ (of the order of 1... 3 mm). 5. Support for pipe of KP type as per OST 36-146-88. 6. Elliptical blanking 2 as per GOST 17379-2001, stamped bottom as per OTT-08.00-60.30.00-KTN-036-1-05. 7. Pipe (external diameter type). For the block, it is possible to specify various projections of the pipe ends: without a weld, seam, pipeline break symbol, as well as weld projections when turning the pipe through 60, 45 and 30 gr. The block can be rotated by a calculated angle, setting a certain slope, it is also possible to depict the pipe in 3 (axial + 2 contour), 2 (2 contour) and one (along the axis) lines. You can also specify a mask for the block (hide background) on the Properties tab (the selection grip is hidden). For blocks, the main views and projections are given, as well as their variations: with and without centerlines. Rare or complex views (projections) of parts are not driven in. The basic part settings are also listed, and you must enable Show Properties on the Properties tab for the block to display them. Separately, blocks are shown for the image of underground pipelines, they have different layers for the image of contour lines. Blocks were created by copying data from the GOST tables into Excel, then through the export to dynamic blocks utilities, thus minimizing the possibility of manual input errors.
