Introduction

The rules of design and design of design documentation establish four stages of its development: terms of reference, draft design, technical design, working documentation. Calculation and graphic work in the discipline of Machine Details and Basis of Design is presented in the form of an explanatory note, technical specification and draft design.

In this calculation and graphic work, energy, kinematic and power calculations of the drive, calculation of the gearbox cylindrical transmission and design calculation of the gearbox shafts are performed.

Initial design data are: Chain traction force F = 6.2 kN; speed chains = 0.55m/s; pitch cepir = 100 mm; number of teeth z = 8 permissible deviation of bridge speed = 5%; drive life = 3 years.

The reduction gear is designed to transfer power from the engine shaft to the drive shaft of the working machine, reduce angular speeds and, accordingly, increase the rotating torque of the driven shaft compared to the drive shaft. The reduction gear consists of a housing, in which the transmission elements are placed - gears, shafts, bearings, etc. Devices for lubrication of engagement and bearings are also arranged in reduction gear case.

The main requirements for the created drive: reliability, processability, repairability, minimum dimensions and weight, usability, technical aesthetics. All these requirements are taken into account in the design and design process.

Conclusion

In the course of this work, the life of the drive device was calculated; its kinematic calculation, according to the results of which the 4AM80V4UZ engine was selected with a nominal speed of 1415 rpm and a power of 1.5 kW; power and power parameters of the drive are determined.

In the second stage of design, the material was selected and the worm and open polyclinical transmission was calculated.

The first stage of the draft arrangement of the reduction gear was completed, the material of the shafts and rolling bearings was selected. As a result, roller conical bearings of the medium series No. 7306 were selected for the high-speed shaft of the worm gear, and roller conical bearings of the light series No. 7209 for the slow-speed shaft.

At all stages of development, the design of the reduction gear was based on the cost-effectiveness of the decisions made, the possible technology for the manufacture of the assembly, operating and maintenance conditions, service life and reliability of the reduction gear.
