10. Gearbox Assembly Description

10.1. Assembly method. We assemble the reducer according to the assembly drawing and the specification for it. We accept the most progressive method of assembly - node-by-node.

Parts that meet the requirements of working drawings and regulatory and technical documentation and are accepted by technical control are put into assembly.

10.2. Inspection cover assembly. A protruding part of the perfume is welded to the cover by a continuous angular seam by manual electric arc welding GOST 526480 or semi-automatic welding in the medium of carbon dioxide GOST 1147280 into the opening of the manhole cover from the outside.

10.3. High-speed shaft assembly. On the mounting trunnions of the shaft on both sides, retaining rings are installed at a stop to the shoulders of the gear. Bearings prepared for installation - heated in the oil bath up to are installed on the shaft according to the "in thrust" scheme.

10.4. Driven shaft assembly. A prismatic key is installed in the key slot of the shaft and the helical wheel is pressed to the stop to the collar. Then, a retaining ring is installed on the side of the collar.

Ball bearings No. 36204 are installed similarly to the high-speed shaft.

10.5. Shaft knots. Assembled shaft units are installed in the gear box housing prepared for assembly (painted from inside with red oil-resistant paint) in bearing sockets. Plane of body connector and covers are covered with sealant and body cover is installed. Cylindrical pins 2 fixing the position of the cover are installed. Flange and bearing assemblies are tightened.

10.6. Butter. An oil discharge plug is installed in the threaded window of the housing. The eye of the lantern oil emitter is installed. Oil is poured .

10.7. Observation hatch. The viewing hatch is closed a cover and laying and fixed by 4 bolts of M6x20.36.

10.8. Adjustment. The gearbox is adjusted and rolled in accordance with the requirements of technical forces.
