Introduction

TIGIKNAUF foam polystyrene is used for insulation of external walls and slabs in the designed building. Raw materials for this material is expanded polystyrene in the form of beads (firm granules) which are received suspension polymerization of styrene in the presence of the steam generator (the making foam agent). Natural gas pentane - volatile hydrocarbon is used as a blowing agent. In the entire process cycle, only physical processes occur. As a result, an artificial material is obtained, practically consisting of air (pores of 90% of the volume are filled with air), made by a press-free method.

SP TIGIKNAUF OJSC produces polystyrene foam using the technology and equipment of the Austrian company Wieser from imported raw materials.

Polystyrene foam is common and self-extinguishing with flame retardant (able to self-extinguish after removing the source of fire).

TIGHIKNAUF polystyrene foam is very technological, easy to machine with simple tools. The cut is clear, straight and has an even surface. A desired layer of adhesive or bonding material may be applied to the surface thereof. Low specific thermal conductivity, in connection with which it is distinguished by one of the most effective insulators in construction. The thermal conductivity may vary depending on its density, temperature and direction of heat flow. It is advisable to make modern walls multilayer, using a material with low thermal conductivity - in particular polystyrene foam.

It withstands a short-term impact of 110 ° C and a few minutes 95 ° C. The constant exposure to high temperature shall not exceed 80 ° C. The minimum operating temperature is 180 ° C.

The small coefficient of thermal expansion, compression and bending strength depends on density: the greater the density, the greater its strength characteristics.

Constructive solution

The foundation of the building is monolithic with a height of 1.5 m, adopted according to the 1020 series. The foundations are designed from heavy concrete of class B15 in terms of compressive strength. The cut of the foundation is accepted at 0.15 m. The size of the foundation for the main columns is 1.5 * 1, 5m, 1.8 * 1, 5m. A 100 mm thick knob is arranged under the foundations. Foundation depth at elevation -1.85 m. The foundation beam is reinforced concrete of T-section, 300 mm high, the width of the upper shelf is 400 mm. The beam rests on concrete columns with a section of 300 * 600 mm. The upper face of the beam is located at an elevation of -0.03 m, waterproofing of two ruberoid layers on bitumen mastic is provided along the foundation beams. Sand cushion is arranged under foundation beams to prevent deformation of beams.

The columns in the building are precast reinforced concrete with a section of 300 * 300 mm according to the series 1.020.1/83 The height of the columns is accepted as 3.0 m. The columns are embedded in the foundation and ground with concrete of grade 200 .
