Equipment diagram of continuous preparation of wheat dough on the opar, which is prepared continuously: 1 - dosers of liquid components; 2 - autocouple; 3 - pressure vessel; 4 - branch pipe; 5 - copy; 6 - container for armature fermentation; 7 - collection capacity; 8 - dough kneader; 9 - screw pump; 10 is a dough fermentation container; 11 - tester; 12 - gear pump; 13 is a mixer for liquid bonnet.
