The control device is designed to monitor residual deformations of the elastic locking ring. To do this, a ring (for example, 37 mm diameter) is put on a large diameter mandrel (about 42 mm) after removing the ring from the mandrel, the absence of residual deformations is checked.
The disc with the ring is inserted into the plate pos. 12. When the lever is lowered, pos. 2 lower conical end of mandrel pos. 3 enters the test ring and breeds it to a size of 42 mm. When lifting the lever, pos. 2 the ring rests against the bracket, pos. 5 and slips off the mandrel. In upper position rod (4) is fixed by ball (pos. 14, which is pressed into the rod recess by spring pos. 13.
