Course project on the subject "Fundamentals of Mechanical Engineering Technology".
In the technological part of the project, the following points have been completed:
- The type of production and the type of its organization are determined.
- The service purpose of the assembly unit and the principle of its operation are considered.
- An analysis of the technical requirements for the product was carried out, an analysis of the design size chain was carried out for one of the technical requirements.
- A diagram of the assembly of the product is built.
- A technological process for manufacturing a glass part has been developed.
- The type of workpiece and the method of its production are selected.
- A cutting tool is selected.
- Assigned cutting modes.
- Rationing of operations has been made.
- The accuracy of the glass was controlled.
