Description
This drive is a mechanism that allows you to reduce the speed of rotation of the working body of the machine to the required. The main parts of the drive that ensure the performance of operational characteristics are: rack, pulley 2, gear 9, leading drive 15, driven cone 17. Speed reduction is carried out due to the selected gear ratio.
For the initial data in the development of the technological process, we take
• Assembly drawing of the product.
• Technical conditions for assembly, acceptance and testing of the product.
• Product specification.
• Annual production program N = 15000 pcs.
