Motor transport is currently one of the most important branches of the national economy. Transport connects all economic and administrative areas, meets the needs of workers for movement, ensures a steady increase in trade, expanding and strengthening ties between all sectors of the national economy. The transport industry, being an integral part of any production process, provides a link between industry and agriculture, between individual industries and individual enterprises. The production process of the transport industry is the process of moving cargo and passengers in time and space.
A necessary condition for the effective implementation of plans for the transportation of goods and passengers is the good technical condition of cars.
The task of maintenance and maintenance of cars as well as the field of practical activity of ATP is not only to maintain and restore the operability of the car fleet, but also to reduce the cost of maintaining it, and therefore the cost of transportation.
Accordingly, in order to meet the tasks of reducing the cost of repairing vehicles, the correct organization of the technological process of repairing and restoring parts of cars is required.
The correct organization of production, labor of repair workers, the sequence of technological repair operations allows you to accelerate the process of repair of parts, increase the productivity of the enterprise, and, accordingly, increase the profit of ATP due to high-quality repair of cars.

The purpose of the course design is to develop the technological process of repairing the shaft of the driving bevel gear, the reduction gear of the front axle of the ZIL131 car.
The tasks of the CP are to choose how to repair defects, compile operational and roadmaps, develop the content of operations, calculate processing modes, and develop the device used to repair the part.
Process Part
2.1 INPUT DATA FOR DEVELOPMENT
Part - drive bevel gear shaft of ZIL front axle reduction gear - 131
Initial data for project development:
ARZ program - 3500 KR of cars per year
Route repair factor - 0.75
Chemical composition of the material:
Steel 25XGM
Contains: C - 0.220.28; Mn - 0,8 - 1,1; Si - 0.9-1.2; Cr - 0,81,1; Ni ≤ 0,3.
Mechanical properties:
Ultimate strength = 100 kgf/mm.
Yield strength = 800 kgf/mm.
Surface roughness, Ra (μm):
Necks for bearings - 0.63 μm.
Surface wear characteristic.
Wear pattern of part: uniform natural wear
Part defects:
wear of neck surface for bearing to diameter less than 25 mm;
The shaft of the drive bevel gear of the front axle reduction gear of the ZIL-131 car belongs to the class of parts "straight round rods."
The shaft of the drive bevel gear of the front axle reduction gear of the ZIL-131 car is made of 25XGM steel, HRC 60... 65.
Part processing is possible: cutting, welding, surfacing, galvanic methods.
Conclusion
In the course design, I developed the technological process for restoring the drive shaft of the bevel gear of the front axle reduction gear, the ZIL131 car.
Technical time standards have been defined and calculated for the main technological operations to eliminate the following defects:
wear of shaft journal for bearing;
Also, in the process part, flow charts of the process of restoring these defects are compiled and developed; process plan; operating cards and a roadmap for the restoration of the journal for the shaft bearing.
In the design part, I describe a method of removing the bearing from the differential cup using a puller.
The graphic part of the project presents the repair drawing of the drive shaft of the bevel gear of the ZIL131 front axle reduction gear, as well as the drawing of the accessory specified in the design part.
