Development of technologies for production of machine parts

Development of the manufacturing process of parts includes solving the problems of designing the workpiece drawing using the current regulatory data; Development of technological route of part surfaces processing, development of process operation maps. The assignment of conditions for individual process operations is based on the following requirements: 1. Maximize process performance 2. Providing the specified accuracy requirements, roughness parameters and other requirements for solving the specified tasks is provided at the main operations of the stages of treatment with blade and abrasive tools using modern lubricating and cooling liquids. Gasothermal coatings are obtained by spraying molten or plasticized metals, alloys and other materials on a pre-prepared surface of a part. Arc discharge, plasma jet, gas flame and detonation are used to melt the material. Hence the name - electric arc, plasma, gas metallization and detonation spraying. The essence of said processes lies in the fact that the coating material in the form of a wire (or powder) is introduced into an arc discharge or into a high-temperature zone of a gas jet, melted and sprayed by a stream of air or gas and directed to the surface of the part, forming a coating. Gas-thermal coatings restore and strengthen worn-out parts, as well as protect metals from corrosion. Modern normative documents and sources of scientific and technical literature were used to solve the problems of coursework.
