- General data for design
The course project proposes the development of a "Two-storey administrative and household building in a precast concrete frame according to the series 1.420-35.95".
The building is designed to be two-storey, rectangular in plan. The length of the building in the axes is 1-6 - 30 m. The width of the building in the axes of the A-D is 24 m. The height of the floor is 4.8 m.
The project is designed for the natural and climatic conditions of the city of Tula. The territory of the Tula region lies in the temperate climatic zone. The climate of the region is moderately continental, corresponding to the transitional position of the territory between the moderately humid northwestern regions of the Russian Plain and the warmer and drier areas of its south-eastern part. Average annual temperatures in the region vary from +3.8 oС to +4.5 oС. The main facade of the public building is oriented to the south. The prevailing wind direction for December - February in Tula - SE.
Class of the building according to the functional fire hazard F 4.3 according to SP 2.13130.2012 "Ensuring the fire resistance of the objects of protection".
