Description
The object of development is the technology of manufacturing a hydrotreating reactor.
The purpose of development: changing the technology of assembly and welding of a hydrotreating reactor, selecting technological equipment, calculating the economic efficiency of the selected solutions.
To achieve the intended goal, the design was analyzed, welding methods were selected, a strength calculation of the main welds was made, the design of the equipment for this type of welding was found, technological documentation was developed, shown in the form of operational charts, the standardization of welding operations was calculated, the economic calculation of the presented technologies was made, and safety issues of these welding processes were studied.
