Description

St. Petersburg Mining University
Department of Construction of Mining Enterprises and Underground Structures
Course project on the discipline "Technology of construction of mining enterprises, part 1"
On the subject: Development of a project for the construction of an extended part of a vertical shaft
St. Petersburg 2023

Source data:
Methane gas category: 0
Water inflow: 5 m3/h
Shaft diameter in sinking: 6.5 m
Technological scheme of shaft sinking: combined
Bedrock Strength Factor: 5
Depth: 850 m
Annotation:
In the course project, a technology is developed for the construction of an extended part of a vertical shaft with a diameter of 6.5 m according to a combined scheme. The penetration rate is 108 m/month. Stope movement per cycle of 2.7 m.
The following sections are considered: selection of a set of tunneling equipment, parameters of drilling and blasting operations, ventilation of the shaft, parameters of loading and transportation of rock mass, construction of a permanent support.
A schedule for the organization of work has been drawn up and the main technical and economic indicators (TEP) have been calculated. The course project consists of 41 pages, 16 tables, 14 drawings and an A1 drawing.
