Introduction
bulldozer caterpillar universal
In the construction and repair of roads, digging trenches, canals, mining and many other works, Earth-moving vehicles are used. Earth-moving machines are called machines with a knife working member, which simultaneously perform layer-by-layer separation from the massif and move the soil to the place of laying during their translational movement. This group of cars includes: bulldozers, staplers, auto graders, graders. The first two types of machines, especially bulldozers, are widely used in industrial and civil engineering. Depending on the type of working equipment, separate soil accumulates before the dump or enters the ladle, in which it is transported to the place of filling. The main advantages of earth-moving machines are the possibility of combining in one working cycle the entire complex of operations for digging, moving, backfilling with preliminary leveling and partial compaction, simplicity of design and high productivity.
This coursework is devoted to the study of the bulldozer.
The bulldozer is a universal earth-moving vehicle consisting of a caterpillar or pneumatic wheeled tractor equipped with hinged equipment and controls. Mounted bulldozer equipment consists of: a dump with knives; pushing frame with braces to which the dump is attached; drive providing lifting and lowering of dump during operation, and in separate models of bulldozers also change of dump position in plan.
Bulldozers are classified according to the main features:
by purpose, traction indicators (traction class of the base machine), type of undercarriage, working body and type of control of the working body.
By purpose, bulldozers are divided into general-purpose and special-purpose bulldozers. General purpose bulldozers are used for all main types of excavation, transport and auxiliary work mainly for the development of soils of categories I, II and III. Special-purpose bulldozers - in special conditions (special bulldozers include pushers, bulldozers for working in underground and underwater conditions, etc.).
According to the traction characteristics of basic machines, bulldozers are divided into ultralight, light, medium, heavy and super-heavy.
Along the undercarriage, bulldozers are divided into caterpillar and wet-wheeled stumps; on the working body - with non-rotating and with rotary dumps; by type of working element control - with mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic controls.
Purpose, general arrangement and principle of operation of bulldozer based on t-130 tractor
1.1 Purpose of T-130 bulldozer
Caterpillar bulldozer T130 (Figure 1) manufactured by the Chelyabinsk Tractor Plant is a caterpillar tractor with a dump installed in the front and belongs to the 6th class of industrial bulldozers in the unit with mounted and trailed machines. Tractors of this class are effectively used in fields of large area when performing energy-intensive agricultural and land reclamation works. Tractor has hydromechanical or mechanical transmission. The general purpose bulldozer T130 is designed to perform planning, reclamation, road construction and similar work, involving cutting the soil and moving it or other bulk materials over short distances. Bulldozer T130 is one of the most common bulldozers in the post-Soviet space, used to solve a wide variety of problems. It has a successful use together with mechanisms that allow it to be used as a crane, rooster collector, loader. It is successfully used in such types of agricultural work in crops, cultivation, for the preparation of pre-treatment.
Conclusion
During the course project, we studied the possible purpose, general structure and principle of operation of the bulldozer based on the T130 tractor. In addition, the main parameters of the bulldozer were selected and calculated. A traction calculation of the bulldozer was made, as a result of which it was found that the traction force developed by the bulldozer was enough to perform work under given conditions .
