Project Description

The course project in its volume contains 2 sheets of the graphic part and an explanatory note with a volume of 45 sheets.

Keywords: repair; labor-intensive; machine and tractor fleet; workshop; the site; the office; layout; repair and maintenance base; wear and tear; defect; restoration; conditional repair.

In the course design, the issues of organization of maintenance and repair of the ICC in the central repair shop with an annual volume of work of 79,000 hours were considered; CMM layout plan has been developed; AKB charging and storage area is designed; a master plan for the PSD of the economy has been developed; The technical and economic evaluation of the CLD has been carried out.

Introduction

During the formation of market relations, the efficiency of production activities of any repair and maintenance enterprises should be optimized. The efficient use of machines and equipment is ensured by a high level of their maintenance and repair.

The repair service plays an important role in ensuring the successful production activities of farms. Agriculture of the Republic of Belarus has a developed system of repair and maintenance enterprises and workshops, maintenance centers. However, agriculture faces serious tasks to improve the engineering service in the village. The Republic suffers heavy losses due to the failure of the machines, their low resource, poor maintenance and repair quality.

Despite the fact that a significant amount of complex repairs and maintenance is carried out for farms by repair and maintenance enterprises, a large amount of repair work is carried out on its own in central repair shops. A significant circumstance acting in favor of the development of repair shops is the possibility of performing a certain amount of repair work in the autumn-winter period by employees who are not engaged in agricultural work. This increases employment in the farm of workers and helps stabilize the composition of personnel.

For timely and high-quality repair work, the farm must have a repair shop well equipped with modern equipment with a sufficient production area and highly qualified personnel of workers. The unjustified savings here result in significant losses in the subsequent work of the economy.

Design of CMM economy

Designation and analysis of standard design solutions of central repair shops of farms

The central repair shop (CMM) is located, as a rule, on the central estate of the farm. It is intended for ongoing repair and maintenance of tractors, harvesters, cars, agricultural machines, equipment of livestock farms (ZHF), etc.

The capacity of the CMM depends on the size of the ICC economy. CMM is equipped with universal equipment for external cleaning, small washing machines for cleaning units and parts, lifting vehicles, blacksmith, welding and metalworking equipment, universal equipment for control and adjustment work; equipment, accessories and tools for assembly and assembly operations, maintenance and diagnostics of machines.

The CMM provides for water supply from external networks, industrial and household sewerage, water heating, supply and supply ventilation, centralized and hot water supply from external networks, power supply from the 220/380 V network, etc.

Process of maintenance and repair of machines in CRM

The organization of work in the Central Control Center should be based on a planned preventive system for the maintenance and repair of machines, which is as focused on the strategy of carrying out repair and maintenance actions as possible with periodic or continuous monitoring.

It is advisable to perform technical maintenance of tractors and machines with specialized links consisting of a foreman, a foreman and mechanic repairmen. During maintenance of tractors, all works are supervised by the master adjustment and performs the most responsible control, diagnostic and adjustment works. The tractor driver also participates in maintenance work. At the same time, in the winter months it is advisable to carry out maintenance at the UTO of the CDC economy. In summer, TO-1 tractors (if the place of work is remote) should be carried out in the field using maintenance units.

At the same time, the machine is sent to scheduled maintenance or in case of failure, the machine operator, which is attached to it, is delivered to the outdoor cleaning area. Cleaning begins with units and assemblies that have complex difficult to remove contaminants.

After cleaning, the technical condition of the machine is determined by diagnosis. During scheduled current repair, all units of the machine are diagnosed, and in case of complex failures of the unit or assembly unit, those that failed. According to the results of diagnostics, taking into account the need for the machine, the established distribution of the volume of repair work between ROB facilities in the area, the presence of an exchange fund of units, spare parts, equipment and equipment, a decision is made on the place of repair of the machine.

When deciding to repair the machine in the Central Control Center, it is sent to the repair and installation site, where faulty components are removed from it, which are delivered to the workplace for their cleaning. Then technical diagnostics are carried out, on the basis of which a decision is made regarding specific assembly units - whether to repair them in the Central Control Center, at other facilities of the ROB or hand them over for exchange for a technical exchange point.

During the decision on repair under CMM conditions, the assembly unit is sent to the corresponding area.

At the end of the repair, the assembly units are installed on the machine being repaired or sent to the warehouse of the farm for the exchange fund, if others from the exchange fund have already been delivered to the machine.

Assembled machine is filled with fuel and lubricants, water and directed for running-in. Small malfunctions detected during the run-in are eliminated at the place of its implementation, and components requiring adjustment or disassembly in the corresponding sections of the workshop.

Painting of the machine is carried out in the corresponding area. If the old paint is in good condition, it is allowed to release from repair with painting of individual places.

An act of acceptance from repair is drawn up for the repaired machine, after which it is put into operation or put into storage.

Taking into account the above recommendations, we develop the process of maintenance and repair of machines in the conditions of the workshop, which will further serve as the basis for the calculations of its production structure and further technological calculations.

Design of battery charging and storage repair area

2.1 Purpose of the section

The charging and storage area of ​ ​ batteries is necessary for charging, as well as repair and storage of batteries.

2.2 Process Justification

The course project on the technology of repair and maintenance production contains the justification of the accepted technological process. The developed process allows you to perform the work necessary for this enterprise.

At the storage and repair charging area of ​ ​ batteries, work is carried out to repair, restore, charge and store batteries, in which poisonous substances can be released. In addition, workers use harmful substances during work, in this regard, the technological equipment of the sections is intended not only to accelerate and facilitate work, but mainly to create safe working conditions when working with batteries.

To repair the batteries, stand-mast 2314-P is designed, equipped with an instrument for checking the technical condition of the batteries and a rheostat for their discharge. The entire set of battery maintenance and repair works can be performed on the layout.

Exhaust cabinets 12241.8 are used to charge batteries. Closed type cabinets with top part in the form of hood connected to exhaust system. Steel cabinets 0207 or PI121M are used for storage of accumulators, acids and distilled water.

An electrolyte bath is used to prepare and store acid electrolyte used for pouring or refilling into storage batteries.

2.4 Justification of process planning

According to the layout of the section, its contours are outlined on the accepted scale, then, on the same scale, machines are placed within the boundaries of the section taking into account the movement of their movable parts and processed parts, a conditional image of the position of the worker at the machine is applied. In the same way, layout of workpieces, racks and other types of equipment, tables of controllers is carried out, platforms for storing parts are marked, lifting and transportation devices (monorails, wall cantilever cranes, mobile cranes, etc.) are conditionally depicted. Besides, the plan shows the places of water supply and drain, compressed air supply and electric power supply.

Passageways, passageways and equipment locations shall carry out free repair of equipment, delivery of repair fund and materials, disposal of waste, ensure safety of operation and good lighting at the site.

When placing machines according to types and models, they are guided by the loading of the compartment by various types of work, the scope and nature of which determine the selection of the machine.

For repair shops, general-purpose machines are usually selected - universal (turning-screw, turning-turret machines). The exception is the equipment for special repair work: machines for gluing friction linings, for boring brake drums, etc.

We choose the equipment of the site according to the existing standard planning solutions, the grades of the accepted equipment are reflected in the specification.

Conclusion

1 Process calculation of CMM of farm with annual scope of works 79000 hours was performed. The CMM layout plan has been developed. The location of the departments and sections allows you to qualitatively carry out ongoing repairs and maintenance of the ICC farm. The area of ​ ​ the CMM was 1584 m2. The number of production workers in the workshop is 42 people.

2 AKB charging and storage area is designed. Labor intensity of works on the site-505.6 h. Technological equipment was selected, the site's need for energy resources was determined, and issues of production aesthetics were resolved.

3 Technical and economic assessment of the CLD has been carried out. The number of conditional repairs is 263.33. The cost of one conditional repair amounted to 1,2240p. 15 k ./cond. rem.
