DESIGN OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE CENTER BUILDING

The relevance of the graduation project is due to the fact that the construction of administrative centers is one of the most relevant activities of modern society. The growth of economic ties within the country and beyond its borders, the expansion of the list of market goods and services make it necessary to look for a profitable platform for their implementation.

The space-planning solution was designed as follows: the size of the building in the axes is 30 m by 27 m. The building is two-story. The height of the building is 6.3 m.

The most important stage of the thesis work was the selection and design of architectural and structural solutions.

Structural solutions have been adopted, for the foundation it is a strip of prefabricated elements, which is reinforced concrete blocks. (Blocks marked FBS blocks 24.6.6 - length 2380 mm, width 600, height 580 mm). Before laying the foundation, a support cushion with a thickness of at least 20 cm is arranged, consisting of gravel, crushed stone (or sand).

The outer and inner walls are made of ceramic bricks. The outer walls are 550 mm thick. To ensure energy saving, an insulating layer is provided from an effective insulation - mineral wool boards.
