Introduction

TMM is a scientific discipline that studies the structure (structure), kinematics and dynamics of mechanisms in connection with their analysis and synthesis .

The main goal of the TMM discipline is to give the student knowledge about the structure of modern machines and their mechanisms, about the physical processes taking place in machines on the dynamic interaction of their individual parts, about the properties of machines as a control object.

The topic of the course project: "Development of the basics of the technical proposal for a briquette machine"

The relevance of the work is due to the need to calculate the necessary machine, and then the method of its operation .

The main tasks are:

Technical and economic justification of selection of briquetting machine circuit

Definition of automatic circuit parameters

Installation Motion Diagram Study

The object of the course project is a briquetting machine

Briquetting presses are designed to produce briquettes from cast iron, steel, aluminum chips and from chips of other non-ferrous metals. The designs of such individual actuated presses may be horizontal and vertical.

Summary conclusions, results and conclusions

During the course project, there were issues that were resolved with the teacher. A planetary reduction gear was calculated, as a result of which the number of teeth was obtained: z1 = 85, z2 = 119, z3 = 120, z4 = 84 with a gear ratio of 50.

The estimated weight of the machine is 1443.35 kg. Energy consumption per product is calculated 1 * 103 kWh/part at the capacity of 1150 products/hour .

It was obtained during the calculation that, in order to reduce the average cycle value of wear, it is recommended to lubricate kinematic pairs, and use rolling bearings in rotary pairs instead of sliding bearings. It is also possible to draw a kinematic scheme and calculate it instead of the usual gearing scheme.

As a result of the work, skills were acquired in building a cam mechanism, lever mechanism, energy mass diagram, cyclogram of the operation of a briquetting machine.
