Description

In this course design, the technological processes for assembling the pneumatic-hydraulic amplifier and manufacturing the lower plate are designed. The calculation and design of technological processes was carried out for a large-scale type of production, taking into account the equipment inherent in it. Introduction

Pneumatic-hydraulic amplifier is used in many metal cutting machines in clamping devices. The quality of its production depends on the uniformity of clamping of the blanks.

High quality of manufactured products can be achieved by introducing new efficient equipment, various methods of technical and economic analysis and calculation and analytical methods of solving production problems, which will ensure more efficient and high-quality production with the required productivity.

The goal of the course project is to develop a progressive technology for the assembly of a pneumohydraulic amplifier in large-scale production conditions using high-performance and high-performance equipment, devices and tools operating at optimal cutting modes, ensuring both productivity and accuracy and quality of the manufactured products.

Conclusion

In this work, the technological processes of assembly of the pneumohydraulic amplifier and manufacture of the bottom plate are designed. The calculation and design of technological processes was carried out for a large-scale type of production, taking into account the equipment inherent in it. These are aggregate machines.

As a result of the development of the course project, they learned to design technological processes taking into account the timing of the release of parts and further synchronization of operational time.
