Description

The house project was completed in 2009. The house is two full floors, designed for year-round living, made according to the already become traditional frame scheme. Frame and floors made of monolithic reinforced concrete. Material of enclosing and internal walls and partitions - blocks of foam concrete. The building complies with all the standards necessary for comfortable living in German. The house is built and put into operation. The construction cost amounted to about 4,000,000 rubles (without interior decoration). The construction period is 3 months. The working design is in the format .dwg (Autocade 2006), includes architectural and structural (construction) sections of the BOM and estimates for civil works. TECHNO-ECONOMIC INDICATORS FOR HOME: Building area - 129.0 m2. Construction volume - 1050 m3. Useful area - 182.84 m2. Residential area - 95.35 m2. BRIEF CHARACTERISTIC OF CONSTRUCTION STRUCTURES: WALLS enclosing cellular concrete, bearing frame made of reinforced concrete. Thermal insulation of the external walls comply with the requirements of MGSN 2.01.94 and SNiP II-3-79 * * (1998 editions) for the 2nd stage on energy saving. Internal partitions of cellular concrete blocks 100mm thick. FOUNDATIONS: monolithic fine concrete without basement. CAST-in-situ SLABS 160 mm thick. ROOF carrying roof frame made of wooden structures. Roofing - soft bitumen tiles. MONOLITHIC STAIRS, a porch with natural stone trim steps, an internal staircase to the second floor with wood trim.
