1) technological. The section includes:
Drawing of the part (made using 3D IT-technologies).
Technological process of non-automated processing of the part.
Analysis of the manufacturability of the part and the possibility of automating its processing.
Complete machining route of the part.
Operational technology of part processing on non-automated and automated equipment. The choice of equipment is carried out independently. Distribution of operations between equipment. A time chart. Development of GPS layout and description of automated equipment for part processing.
2) automatic control (or simulation) of the system. The section includes:
Algorithm of automated processing of the part.
Part processing control program.
3) design. The section includes:
Description and justification of the device and the principle of operation of the automation tool.
Selection and calculation of GPS ATSS for your part type.
Selection and calculation of ASIO GPS for your part type.
Calculation of gps reliability and performance.
4) technical and economic. The section includes:
Feasibility study of the selected option for automating the technological process. Evaluation of the economic efficiency of the GPS.

applications.
