Description
In this course project, the object of design is earthworks and the construction of a monolithic strip foundation during the construction of the underground part of the building in the winter. The project includes:
- Earthworks (loosening the soil, preparing the pit, after laying the foundation, backfilling the boiler cavities and compacting the soil there);
- Works on the installation of the foundation (installation of a strip monolithic foundation). The above sections are developed in the process of solving problems: the organization of labor and jobs, the economic comparison of mechanization options, the technology of work, technical and economic performance indicators, the corresponding representation of the solution of these problems in the graphic part. Project. The construction of the underground part of the building (earthworks and foundation works) accounts for about 20% of the labor costs and 30% of the cost of the entire building. Therefore, the use of effective solutions using the most rational technological schemes, the use of an optimal complex of integrated mechanization of work, earthworks and the construction of building foundations is one of the important directions in solving the common task of improving construction efficiency. In real cases, when designing earthworks, it is necessary to rely on the constructive solution of the underground part of the building: the type of foundations, their dimensions, the depth of the foundation, the dimensions of the building, the presence or absence of the basement.
