Course project on the course "Structures made of wood and plastics" 

Subject: "Design of a one-storey frame building from wooden structures"

In this work, a production facility was designed, the structural scheme of which is a frame with a span of 30 meters. The design scheme is a three-hinged frame. The frame pitch is 6 meters, the number of steps is 8. Panels are laid on the frames, i.e. the type of roof is insulated. At the ends of the building were installed fachferk columns, of different heights, the highest height in the middle of the span is 9.75 meters, with a step of 3 meters. The material of the faffer columns is wood (beam 500 * 500 mm). The length of the building is 48 meters, the width is 30 meters, the highest height is 9.75 meters. The foundation of the building can be monolithic or prefabricated, the dimensions are selected taking into account the properties of the soils in this construction site.

In this work, a production structure was designed, the structural scheme of which is a frame, with a span of 30 meters. The design scheme is a three-ball frame. Frame spacing 6 meters, number of steps 8. Panels are laid on the frames, that is, the type of roof is insulated. At the ends of the building, faxer columns were installed, of different heights, the highest height in the middle of the span is 9.75 meters, with a pitch of 3 meters. The material of the fahferk columns is wood (bar 500 * 500 mm).

The foundation of the building can be monolithic or prefabricated, the dimensions are selected taking into account the properties of soils in this construction site. In this project, the foundations were not designed, and are depicted conditionally.

Calculation of enclosing structures

Panel size in plan view 1.48 5.98 m; coverings from waterproof plywood of the FSF brand of a grade of B/BB in accordance with GOST 391669 *; ribs from spruce boards of the second grade. FRF grade glue - 50. Insulation - mineral slabs 10 cm thick on synthetic binder as per GOST 9573 - 82 *. Insulation density 1 kN/m3. Vapor insulation from polyethylene film 0.2 mm thick. The air interlayer above the insulation is ventilated along the panel. The roof of roll materials (ruberoid) is three-layer. The first layer of ruberoid is glued at the factory using mastics of increased heat resistance and mechanized rolling of the layer. The remaining two layers are glued after installation of the panel.

The construction site is Vorkuta.
