Prefabricated and monolithic ribbed of beams of incomplete section and blocks - inserts of solid section from PPS (Give two sections)

 Floors - modern for office space 

 Coating design (Accept  one of two options )

     1.. Rolling  warm combined  ventilated  coating of the composition.

  Metal  rafters made of perforated profile with height of 160 mm . insulation  - mineral wool slabs   160 mm thick.  Roof of bituminous  shingles on board flooring  

                                      Or

2.    A flat warm  combined ventilated coating with   a floating roll roof  from Bikrost . The thickness of the insulation   in the total of three layers is 300 mm. (Give two sections  )

 Provide sketched solution of the cornice (parapet) unit of this coating

 Zero cycle design

 The basement is 2400mm high. clean. Basement wall  of concrete blocks of FBS  by cast-in-situ slab    300 mm thick. 

  Pressure water level 0.450 mm above  basement floor level 

 Ground level elevation: - 0.750 mm .
