Description
Design and operating principle of A319 aircraft SCR flow controller. Flow controllers are installed in front of two identical independent cooling units. These are Venturi type regulators (valves). Both have a built-in valve that monitors flow and performs a shut-off function. Flow regulators monitor the amount of air supplied from the pneumatic system to the cooling units. They control the flow of air while being completely pneumatically dependent on flow rate, and pressure release.
