Description of combined functional vulcanization press diagram

Automation diagram is given on DP sheet 15.02.07.427.30 S2 of the graphical part of the work.

The automation scheme of the process of vulcanization of passenger tires is made in accordance with the technological diagram of the installation and its regulations. The automation diagram shows:

• process flow chart;
• a set of technical means, including automation devices and devices, software and technical complexes, control controllers;
• communication lines between automation means;
• Necessary explanation of the diagram.

Process equipment is shown in a volume sufficient to understand the operation of the automation system.

The upper part of the circuit shows a process diagram of the process of vulcanization of passenger car tires, the lower part shows analog signal input modules, analog signal output modules, a discrete signal output module, discrete signal input module, central processor modules, interface converters, a personal computer and decryption of communication lines, on the right a stamp and notes to the circuit.

The process equipment shown in the diagram includes: a press vulcanizer, a condensate collector. All equipment is built on a scale, and the raw materials and finished products that are used and obtained in this process are conditionally displayed with a number and decrypted on the free field of the drawing. Each equipment has an alphanumeric designation (PV1 is a vulcanizer No. 1).

The automation diagram also shows a table of the equipment list, which is located above the die.
