Brief explanatory note

The pre-design proposals for the new construction of the Rosan Warehouse Transshipment Logistics Complex (customs terminal), the ABK building located at the address: Leningrad Region, Vsevolozhsky District, the territory adjacent to St. Petersburg Ring Road in the Utkina Zavod area, were made on the basis of the following documents:

Architectural and planning solutions:

The project provides for the construction of the Warehouse Transshipment Logistics Complex (customs terminal) and the ABK building, in the southeast of the Ring Road in the Utkina Zavod area.

The complex is located on a land plot of unsuitable construction.

The land plot within the boundaries of land ownership is 60709.3 sq.m. on which the building of the administrative complex and the warehouse building with built-in refrigerators are designed.

The ABC consists of the following groups of premises and services: reception station; C-Petersburg Customs Department; Excise Customs Department; catering facility - staff canteen and driver's canteen; Administration and Service Services.

The storey of the ABK building is 6 floors on the ground floor there is an open parking lot for 62a/m. for customs officers, lobby with those rooms.

The warehouse building is 1 storey with a floor height of 12 m to the bottom of the projecting structures .

Reception and lobby group

The main entrance to the ABC for employees and visitors in the center of the building to the lobby of the first floor, which houses the reception service (pass office) of the bathroom, those rooms.

Access to the parking lot is provided from the lobby.

Passage to the overlying floors - by open stairs or lifting by passenger elevator.

Dining room

In the second floor there are two dining rooms with a total number of seats 148, and a cooking room working on semi-finished products of a high degree of readiness and finished imported products. Form of service - through handout.

The number of personnel is 11 people.

Products are downloaded via a separate login.

For the storage of products are provided: a storage room of semi-finished products; dry food storeroom; drinks pantry, mess.

Preparation of products for implementation will be carried out on the second floor. Kitchen utensils will be washed in the production room. To wash the table dishes, a washing machine with a transfer window for distribution for clean dishes is designed.

For the staff of the dining room are provided: a locker room for staff with a shower on the second floor and a bathroom .

Main design solutions:

• Foundations - Prefabricated reinforced concrete driven piles;

Columnar, cast-in-situ railway pile for 3-4 concrete preparation piles;

Monolithic tape foundation;

Cast-in-situ railway foundation;

• Structural diagram of the frame with monolithic floor floors;

• External walls enclosing the curtain sandwich of the 150mm panel, internal walls and partitions are made of RCL, GCL. Walls of staircases made of full brick 250mm;

• Floors - cast-in-situ reinforced concrete 200mm

• Roof structure - flat insulated mineral wool slabs of ROCKWOOL type with internal drain. On the warehouse building according to the profile.

Utilities:

Engineering networks shall be designed on the basis of technical specifications of engineering departments.

Ventilation of rooms - plenum with mechanical motive, the ventilation chamber is located on the roof of the ABK building. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning systems.

Heating - from the local boiler house located on the territory of the complex.
