Description
The 7305 planer is designed for machining vertical, horizontal, inclined flat and shaped surfaces of parts with a cutter, as well as for cutting all kinds of grooves and grooves in parts with a machining length of up to 500 mm.
There are vertical guides on the bed, along which the cross member moves. The table moves along the horizontal guides of the crossbar, which ultimately allows the table to move in the vertical and horizontal directions. The workpiece is mounted on the table. Longitudinal and transverse feeds are carried out automatically by the feed box, vertical feeding is carried out by the automatic caliper feeding mechanism.
The quality category is the highest.
Accuracy class of the machine H according to GOST 9-82E.
The roughness of the treated surface is Rz = 20 μm.
