The system is designed to create a client-oriented database, which allows realizing in practice the capabilities of "smart metering" in terms of:
- remote collection of data on electricity and power consumption;
- monitoring the state of electricity metering devices;
- elimination of the problem of non-admission of checking subscribers to the meters by means of electricity metering
