Crane with lifting capacity of 60 t

Cranes of this group are represented by two types: boom self-propelled SKG-63A, excavators-cranes E-2503 with multi-engine drive and boom crane E-2508 with single-engine drive. SKG-60A-crane with load capacity of 60 t diesel-electric, equipped with main and auxiliary hooks . The multi-speed winch of the main lift has the same device as the winch of the SKG-40A crane. The winch has two speeds: when the motor with a power of 45 kW is turned on, the highest speed of lifting (lowering) the load is 18 m/min, when the motor with a power of 7.5 kW is turned on, the lowest is 0.965 m/min. The winch is equipped with TKTG brakes with hydraulic pushers . Boom and auxiliary hoist winches have the same design and differ only in layout and solution of support frame. Turning mechanism is equipped with torque limit friction clutch. Control of mechanisms is controller-controlled . The crane is equipped with a main boom with a length of 15 m, elongated booms with a length of 20, 25, 30, 35 and 42 m and tower-boom equipment with an boom of 30 m and a maneuver goose of 29 m. The crane is mounted, dismantled and transported in the same way as the SKG-40A crane. The E-2508 crane is diesel, single-engine, has main and auxiliary hooks with a lifting capacity of 60 and 5 tons. The crane is equipped with a main boom of 15 m, elongated arrows of 30 and 40 m and a goose 7.5 m long.
