Skins of panel made of waterproof plywood of grade FSS I/O grade with thickness of 8 mm. It is connected to the wooden frame with an adhesive of grade FR12 as per TU 60060174875.
Vapor proofing is a vapor-proof anti-condensate polymer fabric FOLIAREX 110 g/m2.
Air interlayer is provided above insulation. ventilated along the panel. The roof is adopted from a soft roof of ondulin.
Layout of the panel work section.
The width of the panel is taken equal to the width of the plywood sheet, taking into account the trimming of the edges for their alignment = 1480 mm - with a rectilinear outline of the supporting structures.
Direction of fibers of external veneers of plywood in the upper and lower skin of the panel is taken as longitudinal, in order to ensure full docking of plywood sheets on a "stick" when gluing them together in the form of a continuous tape.
