Introduction:
Purpose of the course work:
In this course work, it was necessary to select and design a hot water supply system for a five-story residential building.
On instructions, a closed water supply system was set, which indicates that part of the water coming to the cold water supply will be heated and sent to hot water supply, the system is also made up by heating cold water, as well as water returned from the heating system, which will also be cleaned from possible contaminants in the heating system.
The system is double-tube with lower wiring, with a "classic" layout of risers and water separation units with towels on a circulation riser.
Tasks:
- Determination of estimated heat and hot water flow rates;
-Compute hydraulic calculation of supply and return
system pipelines;
- Calculation and construction of hourly and integral plots of heat consumption;
- Determination of heat losses of hot water system pipelines;
-Specification of heat assembly equipment.
Field of scientific research:
Firstly, the main goal for the short and medium term is to ensure the accident-free operation of heat networks. Analysis of existing heat supply systems shows that existing heat supply networks operate at the limit of resource reliability. The depreciation percentage is critical - 90%. This state of affairs provokes an increase in coolant leaks and heat losses. The main tasks of energy enterprises are: the detection of prematurely failed sections and the prevention of accidents and incidents. The work is devoted to the application of sectionalizing and auxiliary valves of heat networks, as well as ball cranes, which deserve good feedback from specialists.
Conclusion
A closed hot water supply system for a seven-story residential building was selected and designed.
The work contains one sheet A1 with drawings of a closed hot water supply system with lower wiring and a "classic" diagram of connection of risers and water separation units, with towels on a circulation riser, as well as a note containing calculations and selection of elements of a hot water supply system and a warm unit.
