COURSE PROJECT No1 In the discipline: Architecture "Civil Buildings from Large-Sized Elements"

The designed building of large-sized elements  is tied to  the  territorial district of Brest and is a single-section 9-storey residential building. The size of the building along the coordinating axes is 26.4x14.4 m. The height of the floor is 3.0 m.

The section consists of three apartments: one two-room apartment (with a total area of 63.76 m2, a living area of 40.19 m2), one three-room apartment (with a total area of 79.71 m2, a living area of 51.99 m2), and one four-room apartment (with a total area of 108.49 m2, a living area of 81.82 m2). All apartments have a bathroom. nodes made of volumetric blocks . The vertical connection between the floors is carried out by means of a staircase, which is located in the stairwell, as well as an elevator.

The building has a basement with a height of 2.2 m. There is also a cold attic.
