Assessment of engineering and geological conditions of the construction site
Assessing these engineering and geological conditions, it should be noted that the soils have a layered stratum with sustained formation. The first layer of soil, loam, is very good for foundations. The second layer is soft-plastic loam. The third layer is hard clay, can be used as bases. The fourth layer is fluid-plastic loam. The fifth layer of dust sand, having an average density of addition, resists the external load well, undergoing minor deformations and is used as bases. During construction on subsidence soils, a set of measures aimed at eliminating or reducing the effect of subsidence on buildings and structures is carried out. As a result of laboratory studies, a table of physical and mechanical properties of soils was compiled
