INTRODUCTION

The purpose of this course project is to:

For the given structures of the building and ground conditions of the construction site, on the basis of the variant approach, design (calculate, design and calculate) the optimal type of foundations in two design sections. The variant approach refers to the selection of two types of foundations (FMZ shallow foundation or SF pile foundation) acceptable under the specified soil conditions, the determination of their main parameters (dimensions, number of piles in the bush, etc.) and a technical - economic comparison with the identification of the most optimal option.

1. ASSESSMENT OF ENGINEERING-GEOLOGICAL AND HYDROGEOLOGICAL CONDITIONS OF CONSTRUCTION SITE

Assessment of engineering-geological and hydrogeological conditions of the construction site consists in specifying the names of each engineering-geological element (EGE) presented on the form of soil conditions of the construction site, as well as in determining derivatives and classification characteristics of soils and initial design resistance R0.

The calculation is carried out in the order of the EGE of the soil from the ground surface of the bottom of four wells (well No. 1).

2. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE CONSTRUCTION SITE

The designed building is a household building, six-story. The width of the building is 18 m, the length is 48 m, the height of the main building from the level of the clean floor to the bottom of the supporting structures is 20 m. Building with basement. The building is frame panel with a grid of 6x6 columns.

The relief of the site is calm. Engineering and geological conditions are revealed by drilling four wells.

During drilling, the following layers were identified: 1. Bulk soil - 0.7 m; 2. Loam - 3.4m; 3. Clay - 2 m; 4. Soup - 3.5m; 5. Sand - 4 m; 6. Clay - 1.5 m.

The layers are located everywhere.

The bottom of the layers is at the depth:

- Bulk soil 0.7 m.

- Loam 4.1 m.

- Clay 6.1 m.

- Soup 9.6 m.

- Sand 13.6 m.

- Clay 15.4 m.

According to SNiP 2.02.0183, the limit precipitate SM = 10 cm, the relative precipitate difference (SL) = 0.002.

4. CONSTRUCTION OF ENGINEERING GEOLOGIC SECTION

Engineering and geological sections are built in the directions that are the most informative. In our case, the most informative will be sections I-I - on wells 1-4. They give the greatest information about the state of the construction site terrain, since the sections approximately coincide with the direction of the main axes of the designed building.

10. Hydraulic insulation of the foundation

Since the SG is located below the basement, the waterproofing device is performed as follows.

The compacted soil is covered with a layer 15 cm thick, after the cups are installed on it, a carpet of a pair of layers of adhesive waterproofing (tol) is glued. The next point is the formation of concrete bracing. Its thickness should be at least 4 centimeters. The basement walls (on the wetting side) are covered with 2 layers of paint waterproofing using bitumen or mastic.
