Introduction
The basis of the country's industrial economy is mechanical engineering, which creates tools for production for all industries.
The range of manufactured products of Russian engineering is very diverse, which determines the deep differentiation of its industries and significantly affects the placement of production of certain types of products.
One of the main tasks of mechanical engineering is the radical reconstruction and outstripping the growth of such industries as machine tools, instrument engineering, the electrical and electronic industries, the production of computer equipment, which will allow Russia to gain momentum to approach the world level of the economy. The engineering industry is characterized by a wide development of cross-industry and intra-industry relations, based largely on production co-operation.
In Russia, mechanical engineering is one of the most widely distributed in territorial terms industries. However, in some areas it is profiling and in others its functions are limited mainly to meeting internal needs.
Mechanical engineering accounts for more than 1/3 of the production volume of commercial products of the Russian industry, about 2/5 - industrial - production personnel and almost 1/4 of the main industrial production funds.
By the nature of the technological process, many branches of mechanical engineering gravitate to areas of high technical culture. At the same time, these areas are usually quite intensive consumers of finished products.
The purpose of the calculation and graphic work is to develop the structures of a special universal lathe NC C11.
The task is to consider CNC lathe patents by providing examples of patents on 3-5 CNC lathe. The main task is to identify five machines suitable for the data of calculation and graphic work. Analyze the machines and select one machine that best suits the parameters and take it as a prototype. Describe the stannoprototype, calculate the cutting modes and determine the accuracy class. For the machine - a prototype to select an electric motor based on the calculation of cutting power.
Conclusion
The DMC DL 8TM was chosen as a prototype because it is suitable for the maximum diameter of the workpiece - 320mm, spindle speed - 4500 rpm, and also has average dimensions - 2040x1625x1590mm and weight - 2730kg among the machines under consideration.
According to the cutting power - 11 kW, an electric motor with a power reserve - 11 kW DC series MP132M is selected. The electric motor has: degree of protection - IP23, cooling method - IC06, PTC temperature sensors. Installation of motor IM2001.
