Summary

In this work, the operations of the cutting modes were calculated: drilling and thinning of the hole in the workpiece, design of the cylindrical drawing.

The geometric parameters of the cutting part of metal cutting tools were selected. Calculation of the required effective power and basic process time.

According to the results of the calculation and in accordance with the technical requirements for carts for cylindrical holes, a drawing of carving has been developed.

The work contains a graphic part in the format A1, pages of the text of the explanatory note - 13, figures in the note - 4, tables - 1.

Conclusion

With the help of this work, the principles of choosing rational geometric parameters of the cutting part of tools and cutting modes for the most common types of metal processing were studied.

The cylindrical drawing was calculated and constructed, the hole in the workpiece was drilled, and the hole was thinned.

The required effective capacity and the main technological time were also calculated.
