The project "Construction of a sports and fitness complex in the village of Saumalkol, Aiyrtau district, North Kazakhstan region" provides for the following design characteristics: The building is rectangular in plan with the dimensions in the extreme axes of 35x45.2 m. The frame columns are made of hot-rolled I-beams according to GOST 26020-83. Beams - I-beams according to GOST 26020-83. Metal rafter trusses, made of bent and welded rectangular sections according to GOST 30245-2003. The enclosing structures are made of 150 mm thick prefabricated sandwich panels, followed by cladding with MP 2005 metal facade cassettes. The covering is made of 200 mm thick sandwich panels. The internal walls of the gym are 250 and 380 mm thick and made of solid ceramic brick grade KR-r-po 250x120x65 1NF/100/2.0/25/GOST 530-2012. Lintels according to series 1.038.1-1 v.1;2. The ceiling is monolithic on metal beams. Partitions are made of gypsum plasterboard sheets on a metal frame, 100 mm thick. Windows are made of PVC according to GOST 30674-99. Doors - internal wooden according to GOST 6629-88 and GOST 30970-2002, external according to GOST 24698-81. Floors - ceramic, porcelain stoneware, with linoleum covering, concrete, wooden. Stairs - metal on metal stringers. Roof - gable. Blind area - asphalt concrete h-30 mm. on crushed stone base h-70 mm, width 1000 mm.
