A sports and fitness complex with a multi-purpose hall

The foundations are composed of slightly heaving, gravelly moraine sand with the following characteristics: rII = 2.24 g/cm3, E = 500 kgf/cm2, CII = 0.02 kgf/cm2; φII = 43°.

The estimated groundwater level is 166.250 m according to the general plan. However, during the construction and operation of the complex, due to disruption of the existing natural water balance as a result of site redevelopment, as well as constant and accidental leaks from water-bearing utilities, the foundation soils may become wet and groundwater may form at the depth of the foundations and utilities.

The foundations for the frame posts, half-timber posts, and floor posts are monolithic reinforced concrete columnar.

The foundations for the external and internal walls are strip foundations made of precast reinforced concrete foundation slabs according to GOST 13580-85, concrete blocks according to GOST 13579-78*, and foundation beams according to series 1.415-1 v.1.

Horizontal waterproofing at grade 0.170 consists of two layers of Isol on bitumen mastic. Vertical waterproofing is applied with hot bitumen in two coats.

A 1500 mm wide concrete apron is installed around the building using part 52 of series 2-110 issue 1 without curbstone.

Above-ground

The building frame is designed using prefabricated metal structures.

The transverse structure of the building consists of single-span frames with a span of 24.0 m and a pitch of 6.0 m. The frames are made of welded I-beams.

The half-timbered frame posts are 40B1 and 25B2 composite I-beams.

The roof purlins are made of #24 channels.

The roofing is made of BUKKER sandwich roofing panels.

The two-story extension consists of a metal frame: columns made of 160x8 square-section bent steel sections and floor beams made of 23Sh1 I-beams.

The exterior walls are BUKKER wall panels with 150mm thick, high-rigidity, fire-retardant mineral wool insulation.

The exterior stairwell walls and the basement portion of the exterior walls are brick with 80mm thick, Lame IIa mineral wool slab insulation (γ = 94 kg/m3) and a ventilated façade.

The internal wall along axis 8a is made of K 75/25 brick grade GOST 530-95 with M50 mortar.

Lintels are reinforced concrete blockwork according to series 1.038-1.1.

Floor is made of reinforced concrete hollow-core slabs according to series 1.141-1 issue 64.

Stairs are made of reinforced concrete steps on metal stringers.
