Space-planning solution.

1.1 Production building. Description of process features.

The workshop is designed for cold stamping of car parts. The delivery of blanks and the export of finished products is carried out by rail-free transport for which it is necessary to provide for automobile swing gates measuring 4 × 4.2 m. Waste is cleaned using conveyors.

The workshop consists of 5 production departments:

1) material warehouse S = 1440 m2;

2) cutting separation S = 1440 m2;

3) separation of stamping S = 1440 m2;

4) warehouse of products S = 720 m2;

5) waste treatment compartment S = 720 m2.

All compartments use support type bridge cranes.

- material warehouse: crane with lifting capacity of 20 t.

- cutting compartment: crane with lifting capacity of 2 t.

- stamping compartment: crane with lifting capacity of 2 t.

- product warehouse: crane with lifting capacity of 20 t.

- waste processing department: crane with lifting capacity of 20 tons.

2. Constructive solution

2.1 Columns

Warehouse of materials, warehouse of products, waste processing department: extreme columns of the main frame - reinforced concrete columns of rectangular section 800 × 400 mm (K1), columns of the end fachwerk - reinforced concrete columns of rectangular section 500 × 400 mm (K2).

Cutting compartment, stamping compartment: extreme and middle columns of the main frame - reinforced concrete columns of rectangular section 600 × 400 mm (K3, K4).

2.2 Foundations and foundation beams

Cast-in-situ reinforced concrete foundations for columns. Foundation beams for the pitch of columns 6 m: 300 × 400 × 4950 mm.

2.3 Trusses, rafters and slings

Material warehouse, product warehouse, waste treatment department: segment reinforced concrete trusses 30 m.

Cutting compartment, stamping compartment: segment reinforced concrete trusses 24 m.

2.4 Crane beams

Warehouse of materials, warehouse of products, waste processing department: reinforced concrete crane beams 600 × 1000 × 6000.

Cutting compartment, stamping compartment: reinforced concrete crane beams 550 × 800 × 6000.

2.5 Coating, drainage from roof

Reinforced concrete ribbed slabs 6000 × 3000 × 300 mm were chosen as the coating. Slabs are laid with a slope of 5%.

The ruberoid roof is composed of:

- protective layer of gravel of light tones with thickness of 25 mm, fraction of 515 mm, poured into bitumen mastic;

- four-layer water-insulating ruberoid carpet glued with roofing bitumen mastic;

- leveling layer of cement sand mortar 15 mm;

- slabs of large-porous ceramic concrete 100 mm;

- coating vapour insulation.

For drainage the roof is equipped with gutter funnels. The maximum distance between the funnels is 24 m. The catchment area in low-slope roofs is up to 900 m2.

2.6 Walls, partitions

Lightweight concrete panels for heated buildings with a column pitch of 6 m - flat, single-layer from autoclave cellular concrete grade 35 (volume mass 700800 kg/m3), covered on both sides with a textured layer of cement sand mortar 20 mm thick. Panel thickness 300 mm including texture layers; nominal height 1.2 and 1.8 m.. Corner panels are lengthened by good corner blocks welded to them. The height and thickness of the corner blocks correspond to the dimensions of the main panel, the length is equal to the thickness of the panel and the size of the reference.

Curtain structural diagram of wall with ribbon openings of glazing is made.

Partitions are accepted as reinforced concrete 80 mm thick.
